Service Description

Digital Access & Technology Support We provide hands-on assistance to help veterans and their families confidently navigate VA.gov, ID.me, Login.gov, and everyday technology needs. Our goal is simple: remove the frustration and ensure you can access the benefits and services you’ve earned. Whether you need help creating or recovering an ID.me or Login.gov account, logging into VA.gov, checking claim status, uploading documents, sending secure messages, accessing MyHealtheVet, or using the VA Health and Benefits mobile app—we walk through the process step by step with you. We also assist with basic technology needs such as setting up email, using smartphones or tablets, accessing telehealth appointments, scanning and uploading documents, and small print jobs related to benefits, employment, or housing. Our support is patient, respectful, and practical. We do not replace accredited claims representatives or legal advisors, but we help you confidently navigate the digital tools that connect you to the services you need. You don’t have to figure it out alone—we’ll work through it together.


Cancellation Policy

Please request your time slot 3 business days out. We need time to match your request with an open volunteer. Cancel or reschedule as soon as you know there might be a problem with keeping the appointment. No charge for cancellations or late attendance.
