Donation & Refund Policy

Clay Veterans, Inc. is a nonprofit organization. Donations support mission-related programs and operational costs of the Clay Veterans Center.

​Refunds

Donations, paid memberships, and paid subscritions are generally non-refundable. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis if submitted within 14 days of the donation. 

​

If a donation, membership fee, or subscription payment is made in error (such as a duplicate charge or incorrect amount), individuals may contact us within 30 days for review and possible correction.

Tax Deductibility

Clay Veterans, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Donors are responsible for determining deductibility.

Restricted Donations

If a restricted donation cannot be used as designated, funds will be redirected to similar mission-aligned purposes.
