Clay Veterans, Inc. is a Florida 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that operates programs and services for veterans, families, and caregivers. One of those programs is The Veterans Center, which refers to both the service program and the physical facility where Clay Veterans’ activities, support services, and events take place.

While The Veterans Council of Clay County Florida, Inc. frequently supports Clay Veterans, Inc., it is a separate nonprofit organization with its own governance, mission, and activities, focused on advocacy and coordination among veteran-serving organizations. While we strive to be helpful, Clay Veterans does not control, operate, or guarantee the accuracy or outcomes of third-party systems. Individuals receiving assistance should never share passwords, PINs, authentication codes, or other security-related credentials with Clay Veterans staff or volunteers.

Clay Veterans is not responsible for the content, functionality, security practices, or decisions of third-party websites or organizations.

6. Donation & Refund Policy

All donations, paid memberships, and paid subscriptions made to Clay Veterans are considered final and non-refundable.

If a donation, membership fee, or subscription payment is made in error (such as a duplicate charge or incorrect amount), individuals may contact us within 30 days for review and possible correction.
